We are looking to add a Senior Accountant to join our office in Peachtree City, GA.What we’ll trust you with:You will support proper accounting for your assigned general ledger accounts and ensure timely and accurate recording of activity. You will help to set the standard and continually reinforce integrity for our customers and our employees. Working autonomously, you will also:Support the review and analysis of general ledger transactions and account reconciliations to ensure proper classification, accuracy and completenessAssist with maintenance and control of the general ledgerAssist in preparation of monthly revenue recognition entriesPlan and review internal management reporting packagesOrganize month-end financial consolidations including intercompany eliminationParticipate in monthly financial reviews with the Operations team to identify opportunities to drive increased financial performanceIdentify and create new internal financial reports to support the needs of key stakeholders across various business unitsAssist with external audit by analyzing and reconciling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.Work independently and contribute to business-related activities as assigned.What matters most for this role:We need someone who is always learning new things. a person with intellectual curiosity who keeps up with the latest developments in their field by taking advantage of educational opportunities, reading specialized literature, maintaining personal networks, and joining professional organizations.
